Noelle graduated from the Singapore University of Social Sciences in 2022 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in August 2023.

She has been recognised as a Family Law Rising Star in the 2024 Doyle’s Guide, identifying her as a future leader in Family & Matrimonial law in Singapore.

Noelle is fluent in English and Mandarin and conversant in dialect.

Noelle’s experience in the social service sector, her past experience in working with children and her life experiences has sparked her passion to the work in family and criminal law.

Witnessing firsthand the struggles of individuals and families in need of legal help has revealed to Noelle the profound impact legal proceedings can have on their lives and that of their loved ones. This experience has instilled in Noelle a strong belief that access to effective legal representation is crucial for families facing difficult times.

Past Experience

Prior to joining the legal sector, Noelle was working experience in the social service sector, which has helped her develop her communication and project management skills.

As part of her mid-career development, Noelle decided to pursue her legal studies at SUSS, allowing her to continue working full-time while pursuing her studies.

During her legal education, Noelle has done legal clerkships at the State Courts and two law firms which gave her an insight into the actual workings of the legal sector.
